Greg was absolutely right.

My theory is that with every group of people separated by "race", belief, etc. there are sub-groups that each group's majority can't stand. For gay people I'd say it's the REALLY gay people.

The ones that just are so eager to kick the closet doors down holding sparklers. They're like a satire of gay people the way a minstrel show was for black people. Gay choice/genetic may be debatable, but an outlandishly effeminate-voice and fashion sense are all choices.
