I remember playing this with a cousin one Christmas Eve on Sega Channel, and it kicked our asses so royally. But then again, we were stupid little kids, and this game can be pretty challenging as most Genesis games were in the day. Like that goddamn dance sequence!
Looking at it now, the game's gorgeous and the sprites are amazing, but all the challenge remains. I got shivers during the rowing stage. That one beat our asses something awful.
I remember playing this game a while back... I also remember it being pretty mediocre. I think my biggest complaint was during the dance scene, in which the game requires you to use a button combination that the instructions at the beginning never told you that you could do it. I died there so many times, wondering just what the hell I was doing wrong... Until I eventually experimented and figured it out. Whoever thought that was a good idea needs to be slapped..
Gameboy Green was where Disney made some real stinkers. PC Engine was bad as well for Disney games however Gameboy Green did it worse as it's a Green Screen and 8-Bit as well as them being bad games already.
and Virgin, and High Tech Expressions, and Traveler's Tales, and Hudson soft, Eurocom, Epoch, and Disney themselves, and some of them are really pretty bad by anyone's standards..
For the first time,i beat the game faster than guys on this chanel! 19 min!
Oh,i'm so proud of myself! *blush* :D
I would like to submit longplays to this chanel, but my internet connection is too slow for uploading that big file sizes! :/

@MikiDeFacto123
If you encode them to H264 like we do then they are small :)
Go to our IRC chat and we can talk, maybe theres another solution :)

I seriously have to say that the animation job in this game is excellent and fluid.
I wish all the games would have this great animations.

The Mega Drive Disny games always looked so polished....
Guess that was the advantage to being able to have more hand in there creation then with capcom.

@ReikuYin Disney games on the SNES were highly polished as well...and all of them were made by Capcom

But, that's more or less right.

I met more animation wise.
CApcom had exclusive rights on Disney games released on Nintendo platforms for a while. And don't get me wrong, they were good..
But put Aladdin SNES against the Mega Drive and tell me which looked more like the movie the game came from.
That's the Polish I meant.
