Should I start with my power foot, or my other foot first? I want to at least get a 2 step wall run but all I keep doing is pushing myself away with my foot and not getting another step in, I've tried using both feet.

Try approaching the wall at a 45 degree angle. If you're right handed, it would probably be easier to do it with the wall on your right. When you hit the wall, don't just jump and kick the wall.

@ziad137 I can't really say much but the tiring phrase "Practices makes perfect". Practice is a key component to anything complex. Even simple things like vaulting takes some practice to get down. If there's any major problems then I can provide you with tips other than that I can't do anything but just say "Practice, practice, practice".

the rolls have work that needs to be done, my specialty is actually combat rolling and absorbing shock, thats what i do best, but i think with the momentum you had going you could have probly gotten another step or 2 at the end there instead of jumping off,

i can take 4 steps on a wall, its not so hard once you get the hang of it, try to not take a to big jump when going on to the wall... try to just like let it flow onto the wall if you take a big step onto the wall most of your speed will be lost...
You dont roll right, you stop for half a second then roll, you're supposed to use the force to help you roll, not land hard then roll cause it looks good
you suck your feet slide to much its not called the wall slide or foot slide or whatever but your supposed to run on the wall you just needa put your upper body more away from the wall than youll see what i mean
