@DataInvalid yes there is you have to extract the them out of the ctf file and then edit it but if you do so do it with ctf manager and use the 100% version that 1 is more stable

no this is easy just instal cxmb (got a video on that) download the ctf theme then put the ctf in the theme folder on your psp then activate the theme at theme on your psp done come on

Ctf are theme files for an addon called CXMB. Instead of going to flash0, CXMB will temporaraily skin over your standard stuff.

indeed ctf are customthemefiles they are converted flash0 themes and you need cxmb a plugin to use them you can use theme just like ptf themes files but ctf themes have more stuf then ptf

yes need cfw

cfw = customfirmware , firmware is the systemsoftware of the psp and cfw is the hacked fw to hack the psp you must use a pandora set (pandora battery and pandora magicstick) see youtube for tutorials , if you don't have cfw then this wil NOT work!
