my opinion of this movie is a mindless slugfest of action and special effects with added weak comedic scenes that jus made u wish u could fast foward to the next pow ka boom scene. @jelani14883 Well, to be fair, Michael Bay has been a pro so far at lying. He has lead a huge campaign of disinformation for the 2nd movie. Imagine he says something like "Optimus doesn't die once in the movie", yet Optimus DID die in ROTF. That kind of disinformation. :P

So he could be lying, or at least partially right. (IE only production versions of the movie have them named as "Dino" and "Que", whereas the final film copy will have them named like in the novels and game.)

Well you should actually do a little more research. All the merchandising and promotions refer to him as Mirage. Yet Michael Bay keeps saying that he's called Dino (named after the creator of the original Ferarri's dead son) in the film. It's no different from Brawl from the first movie being called Devastator in the film but everything else called him by his correct name. I refuse to call him Dino.

@markluis1969 If you are going by the novelization, than yes, they do die. But, none of the other novelizations have been very much the same as the actual film. They don't write the novelizations word for word with the actual script, that would just spoil the entire movie. Granted, some things may be the same, but not everything. We won't truly know who dies until the Film is released. Three more days, by the way!

Not sure if Wheeljack/Que dies in the movie, though. Mirage, Ironhide, Starscream, Sentinel Prime, Shockwave, Soundwave all die, though. Bumblebee apparently almost dies (again!) and it's well possible that Megatron may die trying to save Optimus from Sentinel. (but I'm warning you, that last one is merely a rumor!)
