I don't think it's wise for you to say out of the sun totally because you do need sunlight to make vitamin D. The native British people have light skin so it's sensitive enough to the low light conditions. Let your skin gradually acustom itself to the sun over the months rather than sun-bathe binge.

Good message. Although I don't think there's nearly as much pressure to be tanned as there was a few years ago. I think it's cool to change your look. At times Nicola Roberts actually looked nice with false tan. In Girls Aloud's 'I'll Stand By You' video, she looked good. Though in that picture, it's too much. She looks good tanned with black hair. She looks good here. I think she'd look good with if she kept her skin pale and dyed her hair a natural blonde. She could pull off a lot of looks!
