I'm afraid that canned sardines are not good for cooking like this. If you cannot find fresh sardines, mackerel may be used instead. For mackerel, maybe less garlic.
SLOVENIJA---tega se pa morate se spomniti kako so nam matere pekle sardinice...prav takole jaz sem jih pa se cistiti morala....ODLICNOOOO!!!OKUSNO!!!!!!NEPOZABNO!!!!!
Thank you very much for trying. I'm very honored. I'm sure you might be able to get better quality sardines there, wherever in England, than in New York.
I will try to make a video of another sardine dish which can be for non-sardine eaters.
Thank you for commenting about the dog. Here he did only cameo appearing. You can watch his videos if you search for "Habib" in my videos. And yes, he is very cute.
haha, watch the dog at her right when she's preparing the garlic, at 2:34 when he suddenly looks at the cam, and even after : he's got such a sweeeeeeeet look ! Soooo funny !

i agree with PommeFrite, but do not write off tinned sardines. They are delicious and economical to eat.

Nice video thnak you. Although the sound of the water dripping as you was cleaning the sardines, was a bit annoying.
