There is no law in the US that limits radar/lidar guns unless your county as some type of law limiting their use. Many companies buy these for testing. I know I have 2 radar guns in a box in my basement (not for sale sry) which I bought at a police auction.
the diamond dust as we refer to it is the appearance of the creatine when it is crystally it is good creatine and when it loks like talc powder it is usually inferior
