@jessikanne the baby gets stuck if the genitals are too young and tight or if the girl or woman has beeen circumcised , the labia cut off and replaced by scar tissue, common in ethiopia and sudan somalia I think.a baby stuck for too long , the pressure of the head starves the vagina walls of blood and oxygene and the walls die where the head is, I think . I imagine the head needs to be crushed with tools to get it out.
