if you're talking about the people sitting next to the stage, yes they are meant to be there. they're the celeb guests who are going to perform, or already has.
well the people who get on stage are the ppl who were sitting next to the stage... which makes them the celeb guests:P this was a special program celebrating the new year, so it doesn't have the rigidity of a normal music program. i think they were in the same team as kang ta and was cheering him on by getting on the stage:P

The Korean title is 23, the English title is My Life.
If I am not wrong, KangTa wrote it to say about his 23 years of life or life at 23. XP
