I have a question:In the equalizer menu can you only set the sound with the presets and the 5 band equalizer or can you also set the bass etc. separately?
I'm afraid as a user this video demonstrates a quick-and-flawed approximation of the device's capabilities. The product shown is an 8 gigabyte model compared to my 4 gig, so I apologize if its a difference of model and not the presenter's mistakes, but it's not a "USB-to-MiniUSB" but a USB to a proprietary sansa port. I'd also like to say that the "invisible" controls are that, but little else. I love Sansa's products, but I'm going back to a Clip after trying to work with the awkward interface.
@TheCartoonatic Take a look at sandisk.com/microsites/sansafuzeplus/index.html You might be referring to an older model, as this is the Sansa Fuze + which has a micro-USB now. Jesse hadn't used one before filming and found it easier than perhaps you did. Sorry to hear that. Let us know if we can help.
I Purchased this and it was skipping while recording the FM radio and Voice recorder. I called Sandisk at 1866-726-3475 be sure you have your Fuze+ and your computer in front of you and tech support will walk you thru to upgrade the firm ware so it does not skip. Thanks Sandisk a job well done. Don't forget to have your USB cable to connect from your computer to the sandisk MP3 player.

I happen to work with this group and after watching these video's and speaking to this team, I really am prepared and know exactly which product I want and can also unpackage it without damaging it. I am actually looking forward to getting this Sandisk and hope the person I give the other one to will enjoy it as much as I will.
@tennisbabe9435 yea that was bothering me to. if it doesn't have a "hold" switch, then i don't think im gonna get it. since its based on touch, it can/will change in your pocket accidentally.
@SashyKacora@tennisbabe9435 it does have a lock feature. Hold down the play button for three seconds while it is powered on and it should lock. I found this answer on page 21 of the owner's manual sandisk [dot] com/microsites/sansafuzeplus/SansaFuze+UG_0915.pdf
