Let's be honest here. Yes, they should have stopped and everything. But it doesn't make them 'evil' or mean because of it. They do wear those earpiece. It's possible they were told to keep going. And even if they weren't people react differently to such situations. They might not have noticed either, as they were in the front, and the girl was a BACK-UP dancer.

It's unfortunate, but it was a live show. Not much could have been done. Seeya cannot only be blamed for it.

I think that the actions of a person when they are under pressure reflects on how their character truly is. The fact that every person on that stage, not only the members of See ya but also the back up dancers ignored that poor girl just doesn't sit right with me. Evil may have been to strong of a word but inhuman isn't. And they did notice her. Every girl worked there way around her before the staff came to remove her.
