Bunch of busybodies. Always trying to push their own beliefs on someone else. If they don't want to smoke, or allow smoking in their home or business, then that's their business. I am a non-smoker, and I don't like people smoking in my house, but if they want to smoke in their own home, or some establisment who doesn't mind, then it's none of my business, and it's none of anyone elses's business. Get over it and live your own life and let others live theirs as they see fit.

As a moral person I have the right to care about others, and that's why I have the right to try and stop people from smoking (so long as I'm not physically forcing anyone). I have the right to care and I have the right to free speech. I care about all sentient beings, even if I don't know them personally. I'm going to lose a second loved one to it, and I want this to STOP. NO ONE should suffer from this - I have to try and get through to people.

I am very suspicious by how prevalent the anti smoking campaign is in America. Every store requires ID's to purchase smokes and laws continue to be passed, and yet the anti-tobbacco lobby continues to beat this dead horse. Smoking is bad! We got the message! Let's move on! Another evil lurks in the form of anti-deppressant drugs. No one wants to talk about this though.  We have FDA unregulated drugs (i.e. Cymbalta, Zoloft,etc..) that have contributed to the death of many people

There's different ways of dying. You have no idea how agonizing lung cancer can be. I wish you could have seen what I had to watch a loved one go through. And dying sooner means you get less of life to enjoy.

But unfortunately almost all smokers regret it only after it's too late.

I'm losing my father-in-law to this....he will not get to see his grandchild walk.
