I predicted the implosion in the housing market about 10 years ago in "America Debates" forums. It is impossible for housing to cost over 50% of your NET income. We have Millions of elderly homeowners who will not live forever & even their children are now old enough that they will not be in the workforce long enough to purchase a home themselves.
Calculus dictates that housing prices must drop by just over 50% before there will ever be "a housing market" again.
Klein is a fake. He won't support HR1207 (the bill to audit the fed) and he took money from major banks in support of his campaign.
Call Ron Klein and ask him why he has yet to sign on his support for HR1207!
