  • This is the best idea out of all of the others i've seen because there is no need for plugging in to charge the batteries and less complicated with fewer parts needed as well.

  • Companies are just trying to figure out how to charge us for magnetic fields before release. True story. Bastards.

  • @MiggzM True, money is their god.Scamming the ppl is all they know how to do.It's taking alot longer for the automobile to advance than the television and the phone...hmm?...Something is wrong here.I think it's time for the ppl to take back the control of their lives and quit allowing these bastards control over them.

  • to turn it off u just seperate the outer magnet thats pushing it.

  • how the fuck would u turn it off

  • 30x20p?

  • If the world was smart we would already have engines that dont need a fuel source and cause no pollution, but then no one would get our money after we got it.. Damn oil companies. You all know we have the technology to have self efficient cars but oil is the only thing that is controlling, regulating and affecting every economy in the world. Oil companies have all the money and who has all the money has the POWER.

  • Da bekommt man ja Augenkrebs ... so eine schlechte Qualität ...

  • Why this seems to me like a classic motor(which still needs power to run) with a fancy name? haahaha

  • 240p we meet again.....

  • Magnetic engines aren't "fuel-less", they're "gasless".

They may be powered by permanent magnets, but they still require electric power to direct that energy. Therefore they do require the "fuel" of electrical charge, and are not this "perpetual motion machine" that some people seem to think they are.

    I want one anyways.

  • @TheJeoshua "magnetic engines" are not either. They are simply not possible. It only takes just a little physics to understand why. You can make an electric motor but that is not a "magnetic engine". The magnets in an electric motor are really just the "gears and levers" of converting electrical energy into mechanical energy.

  • EXCELLENT !!!!

    CHANGE WORLD

  • This type of engines is my biggest question mark but one fact is puzzling my mind the most.

Take 2 fridge magnets, place one on a desk and slowly lower the other magnet. In the moment when one will attract the second magnet upwards, one of two fundamental laws of physics will be broken. Conservation of energy or gravity. Somehow energy is stored in the magnets. Let’s not dismiss the idea. Japan bought more than 90% of the World Neodymium Magnet market.

  • X-rays are a hoax.

    -- Lord Kelvin, ca. 1900

Hmm...I wonder what he was smoking?

  • Yeah great, getting a bunch of magnets to spin around in a magnetic field requires very little energy. Hook about 2 tons of load up to it and then lets see how long those 2 batteries keep it moving.

  • I have a working version of this. If you want the plans contact me at [***comments deleted by You Tube on behalf of Gulf West Oil Pty Ltd Inc.***]

  • Warning......

09-134AD Supreme Court issues final orders on Cycclone Magnetic Engines

US-based CME operated in the Gold Coast and Lismore and claimed it had developed an engine that produced power through the use of magnets and required no fuel. CME displayed a video on its website which showed the engine appearing to operate. .....The Court found that the engine could not work.

  • disculpen yo quisiera saver donde esta esta persona porque no sige suviendo videos este motor esta muy vien pero se vorro del mapa encuentren mas informacion y no la hay lo eliminaro que pasaria si alguien save comentar

  • hmm i wonder why these arent in cars (sarcasm)

  • @chronic2point0 There are three basic theories of why these are not is cars:

    1) The oil companies sent bigfoot in to carry away the only working model.

    3) Some people are just very bad at math

  • Ah 240p, here we meet again.

  • atleast it better that we pay for scientific studies that can tell us if women are sexier in what colors? thats where the money should go. those type of studies because its just sooooo important not trying to make anything more effecient.....how lame eh?

  • video uploaded 2006 shouldn't we have seen these working in everyday life by now if they work..if it worked it would have caught on like wild fire by now....fail

  • @moecat1000 It was a scam. All there is in this video is an electric motor running on some batteries. It is a classic hot air powered wallet emptier.

  • @knowledgemonger @moecat1000 I do not think it was a scam, Cycclone Magnetic Motors Inc. was acquired by a larger company: Loadstone Motor Corporation in 2010. Maybe this engine does not work, maybe it does works, but they sure have something going when other people where interested in them. Source: loadstone (dot) com (dot) au

  • @omolivera It was a scam and it still is. Go read the web site of loadstone and you will see that they hide behind the laws that allow people to invest in things at their own risk.

  • @moecat1000 Maybe your right It was a scam, and it still is. But there are 2 arguments that u used that dosen't debunk what I said. 1st. Investing at your own risk, that's easy, every company does that, there are few that protects the invester,so it's always a risk. That doesn't mean it failed. 2nd. If it worked "it would have caught on like wild fire by now",supresing a new technologies is a common practice in coporate world. Why? it prevents the change of the current system. wanna know more?

  • @omolivera if it worked no one could stop it . no i have heard enough .fail

  • @moecat1000 This is not true you simply back the magnets off of themselves...done deal the next way we get around is more powerful.

  • The only comment the man made is exactly the kind of message they want to send: "we are not hobbyists, we are really doing this, and yes, we ARE looking for investors"

  • knowledgemonger At the 'Experimentation Exhibit' at then PowerHouse Museum in Sydney. A perfectly working magnetic motor is on display. I have no frickin idea what the hell it's doing in a museum nor why the people who see it every day fail to grasp what they're seeing. Energy, 24/7, with no pollution. I swear humanity is just thick. It is quite small and yes probably only produces enough electricy to power a lightbulb but the idea EXISTS! It's not only possible but it's happening NOW!

  • @BluestoneArk It is not possible and it is not happening now. Obviously you have misunderstood what is on display. The others who have looked at it have most likely not made the error you did and thus are not fooled.

I am of course assuming that you are not attempting to just pull my leg with the claim.

  • @knowledgemonger What are you trying to deny here? Its not energy from nothing. Its energy tapped from local environment .

  • @Culturealimprovement I am not trying to deny anything. I am pointing out some simple facts. The thing we see in this video is a prop for a scam but lets set that aside for the moment and look the idea that it somehow magically draws energy from the environment. If we exclude the idea that they are solar powered or absorbing radio waves or sound or the like, there is simply no energy available for them to be absorbing.

  • imagine a calculator, that records video.

  • this one appears to work

  • im no scientist or anything but i've been interested in the magnet motor for a while when i first thought of it i thought i was maybe the first but then i looked on here and found so many videos of it!! i dont see why we dont use these as generators all over the world why do the gas companies have power over any other company people need to start a movement to get these things mass produced and used all over the world because they have the potential to change everything for the better!!

  • @danfromreno18 You are far more likely to have a pet unicorn or bigfoot than a magnet motor that actually works. There are no working magnet motors. There are lots of scammers and con artists who are attempting to take money from the ignorant but there are no magnet motors. The reason that there are so many videos is because it is a very low cost fraud to do and in many cases a low risk crime. They have to prove that the crook understands that what they are selling won't work. This is hard

  • @SurvivalGuide2012 If you want to get the Magnetic-Generator plans

Just search Google for "Top Magnetic Generator"

Click the First result (Skip the Advertisements) TopMagneticGenerator(dot)Com

I found it to be a great resource

  • I like how all of you retards don't even know how magnets works, and think there's such a thing as free power. If you want free power just siphon gas out of some ones car, or plug you EV into your neighbor's house.

  • ___ w w w diymagneticmotor com has FREE energy stuff maybe it help to someone...

  • p101 yes but if you split into dark matter you can bypass such arguments

  • 200 years as all the theories from 100 to 200 years ago were proven wrong. Keep your mind open to the possibilities like Michio Kaku author of Physics of the Impossible. By the way I have a degree in Computer Science but I don’t ride on it.

  • I love to read these comments… A lot of people like to talk about their degrees and also how they know all about physics and how some things are impossible. You all make me laugh… How many of you talking the talk has walked the walk? Meaning, how many of you have come up with your own theory and tested it to work? Most likely none of you! All you know is what you have read by other brilliant man. What you fail to realize is that all the great things you think you know will be wrong in 100 to

  • @TheKingsofAces The "tested it to work" part of your post is a bit sloppy. When I set up an experiment, the design of the experiment is always to try to disprove the theory. It is only after I have made many efforts to disprove a theory on my own do I bring it to someone else to see if they can find the flaw. Physical experiments are only needed when thought experiments won't disprove the idea.

So far, perhaps 1 idea in 1000 have been right.

  • @knowledgemonger You are very right about that, I was a bit sloppy regarding that part. Thanks for pointing that out. You are also correct regarding the fact that experiments are always made to try to disprove the theory...

  • @TheKingsofAces I commented more for others than for you. People often have the wrong impression of how science progresses. They don't understand that nearly 100% of the time, the ideas don't work out as expected. Weeding out the bad ideas is a major part of the job.

  • A magnetic engine? Its called an electric motor and they have been around since the 1820's, so not exactly new technology unless your are working on geologic time scales.

  • Imagine how much money u waste on gas and oil in a cars lifetime

  • supresed of course

  • When in doubt, imagine replacing the magnet with a spring. If the spring won't do it, the magnet won't either. But you don't see a million videos about spring motors now do you?

  • @dogdove Indeed yes, magnets are no different to springs.. but I think the reason nobody makes spring motors is because magnets are just more fun so you can waste more times with them :-)

  • For those who do not understand the power of potential energy, it might help thinking of a nuclear bomb. Nuclear materials in a nuclear bomb are forced together by the application of a an explosion of a small nature. This then causes the materials to be forced together releasing the potential energy they contain. Result is a gigantic explosion millions of times stronger than the one that set the bomb off. RESULT-TREMENDOUSLY MORE ENERGY PRODUCED THAN WAS USED TO CAUSE IT - FROM POTENTIAL ENERGY

  • Magnets-are sources of potential energy. This energy is seen in the form of attraction and repulsion. You can set magnets up so that they will both attract and repel by having them flip ends. You can easily verify this by using 2 magnets on a table if you put the opposite poles of the magnets close to each other the one will slide across the table to the other. Now if you take the first magnet and put it so the like poles are together the one will push the other away.

  • how can i get info on cycclone magnetic engines?

  • Gosh, Im not quite sure that video is blocky/grainy enough.. need to look into that.

  • @Bullshitfinder1 Only neophites think magnets contain power.

THERE IS NO POWER/ENERGY IN A MAGNET. GET OVER IT PEOPLE!

  • @JRBeaman there is an equation for the energy contained in a magnet. when you write in all caps it doesnt make you right lol

  • @chadman6857 Your claim, that magnets provide energy only proves you have no clue to what you are talking about. If you really think so, then provide the info, or STFU.

  • @JRBeaman i only that there is an equation associated for the energy contained in them. i know the formula lol. its in the second physics course out of three that i took in college. if you want the information just google it or something i guess. i have a really good idea as to what i am talking about. if you would like i have a couple papers/physics labs on the topic. but that all really doesnt matter right now considering this is youtube and you wouldnt understand them anyways.

  • @chadman6857 The energy stored in permanent magnets is not converted to work. It is not the energy source. The electric current going through the motor is the energy source. Energy does work. It is called power. Magnets only convert energy, they have none of their own.

It's like gravity. How many times can I let things fall before the gravity is used up?

  • @JRBeaman ah but see unlike gravity there is a repulsion force. so what if, someone figured out how to get that repulsion force to act as soon as say a turbine magnet hits the equilibrium point? someone like myself may have just done this lol. and you are correct. magnets do not contain energy. they just have the ability to manipulate one another. people dont understand how to look at all the forces in a machine to solve a particular problem. anyways. i guess thats all i have to say

  • @chadman6857 If you have engineering schooling you must realize that a single feature such as force, does not exhibit energy, there must be more. You say I can look it up, but leave no reference to do so.

On more time, magnets to not store power or energy as you keep saying.

The direction of it's force is not at issue, it's still only a force, like gravity.

You may be able to create a machine that get's close to equilibrium, but you would have to add energy to get past that.

  • @JRBeaman IMHO, magnets have force, which can do work just like gravity. And, direction is more important than you imply, because force wouldn't be force without a direction. A force applied over a certain distance is work. Work applied over a duration of time is power. Also, don't forget that a magnet alone can induce an electric current and that work itself is energy. The principle behind these machines isn't to reach equilibrium, but to be in a state continuously unable to reach equilibrium.

  • @physicalstimulation You started off good but then you run into some major errors. You seem not to have thought carefully enough about what you were saying. Obviously the machine in this video is just an electric motor being used as a prop for a scam. After you have some coffee think about what you said and correct the record.

  • @knowledgemonger Oh, I definitely think that most of these featured on YouTube are bogus. But I think the potential for the technologies they suggest is quite possible. Can you also point out the errors in my thinking? The only slightly erroneous thing I can see is me saying that work itself is energy. Rather, energy is the capacity to do work, yet energy can exist without having done any work at all.

  • @knowledgemonger Also, unlike most people that believe these things create more energy than they are visibly being inputted, I believe the "extra" energy does come from somewhere. Perhaps these machines (the ones that actually do work) are simply a catalyst or mechanism for energy conversion. I mean, true free electrons exist everywhere... maybe these magnetic machines simply attract them and increase their local density enough to be siphoned for use. Who knows...

  • @physicalstimulation That claim was sort of a "magic pink unicorns do it". The idea that the magnet motor attracts something that then is the source of energy has been tried many times before. Setting this machine aside because it is a known scam, consider what the idea that some magical motion of magnets attracts these things leads to. It doesn't need to be electrons you can propose any particle. Electrons don't work. The physics for proving that is not super hard.

  • @knowledgemonger You disregard that all developments in science are really based off of speculation before there is investigation and understanding-we don't know how something works, so we experiment to figure it out. For example, the human body was essentially regulated by these "magic pink unicorns" (meaning, we didn't understand) before Robert Hooke discovered the cell in the 1600s. And if using "spare" electrons won't work to create current, then tell me why we have NPN transistors.

  • @physicalstimulation I don't disregard the developments in science. The idea that a magnet motor can work is one of those things that is like the suggestion that you can make a car be always going down hill by putting bigger wheels on the back. It doesn't work because there is a fundamental logical error right are the root of it.

It appears that you really care about these subjects so I suggest you study up on some physics dust off the mental tool kit and really get into the effort on energy

  • @JRBeaman (1) As one with 'engineering schooling' I'll comment. Work = Force * Distance = Energy, magnets can do no 'real' work. If you place something within the magnetic field you are placing something at a higher potential energy, and that energy can be released. You did the work to put it there, that energy is released. Those that claim 'free energy' with magnet devices fail to realize this. A simple analogy follows in (2).

  • @123PSI One perhaps tiny error in your posting:

You are not ever really bringing a object into the magnetic field of a magnet. The field goes out forever. The strength falling as the cubes of distance gives the feeling of being beyond it. When you bring a magnetic object in towards the magnet, there is a slight decrease in potential energy.

  • @knowledgemonger You are correct. In fact, that reminds me of the calculations I did within my EM class which show/prove that a magnetic field cannot do work. Regardless of how far from the magnet an object starts, how it travels through the magnetic field, a closed loop path will always end up with a net zero energy gain (under ideal conditions - energy is lost under non-ideal conditions). Those calcs were sooooo much fun :(

  • @123PSI Having done them too, I agree the calculations are as much fun as a dentists office. It turns out that there is an easier way to get there that they didn't teach. Do the two pole case in polar form. Since there is the (dot) operator, the two angles fall out. Once the two pole case is proved use superposition to answer the any number of poles case.

  • @knowledgemonger Huh... polar form eh? That actually rings a bell, I'll have to look it up.

  • @JRBeaman (2) Place a bowling ball on a hill, then claim you can get energy by rolling it down a hill and using its speed/weight to drive some mechanism/generator. This claim is true. Perpetual motion 'mechanisms' (I just realized that isn't what this video claims... oh well...) fail to mention how the bowling ball got to the top of the hill in the first place. Oh... energy is not stored in magnets, it is stored in magnetic fields, search hyperphysics for "Energy in Electric and Magnetic Fields"

  • @JRBeaman MAGNETS HAVE NO POWER????????? No...No....NOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!

Do you know, that if this guy shoves a neodymium magnet up his ass, he will shoot out electrons instead of spinning shit.

    .

    . Just another CON

    .

  • where is this engine

  • If these don't work then i'm a monkeys uncle... if they don't work then why are so many people having the same idea and building them!!? people of the world, open your minds, we are lied to on a daily basis, choking on fumes is un-necessary and i am angry about it......

  • Whenever academic reputation (and especially self-image) is concerned, the physics truth becomes very very secondary as compared to the need to silence any voice which threatens to shatter their whole carefully-cultivated conviction of self-importance. Once a person thinks that they're an expert, they have to attack any radical new ideas which call their expertise into question.

  • Canceling Back EMF/Lenz’s really that simple? energeticforum

  • ___ w w w diymagneticmotor com for FREE energy|~

  • 1et2et3et4.7milliard euro

  • This guy has been convicted of fraud and kicked out of Australia, I think he is now over in USA to try and con them.

When you find this guy, shove a neodymium magnet up his ass for me,

    thanks.

I can't stand people that are full of shit and receive money for it, " WAKE UP" don't get conned.

So far, everything on YouTube on magnet motors or free energy is a con.

  • @Bullshitfinder1 really, where did you hear that? i believe power can be harnessed from magnetic fields, the simple reason being, magnets both repel and attract each other, current is unduced in a coil when in a moving magnetic field, i.e. a transformer isolator, stator coils and rotors in generators, a bedini motor switches on/off an electromagnet at the right time to make a rotor spin, more current can be collected with more coils... can even drive additional generators it seems, so shut tf up

  • @MrOllie86 There is a fairly straight forward proof that you are wrong. I guess this makes you a monkey's uncle. The thing in this video is just an electric motor running on a battery. The wild claims about it have been shown to be just an attempt to cheat people of their money.

Go look up the equation for the force on a pole in a magnetic field and consider:

    E = 0.5 * integral B^2 / u

    Work = Force (dot) distance

hint: do a little dY/dX here and there

  • 1. If their is no energy in a magnet, then take two neo magnets 4" X 6" X 1", place your hand flat on one magnet and let the other crush your hand with the other and see if you are using force to pull them together or tring to get you hand to the doctor.

    2. Then magnets are made, they get an electric charge, a magnet is just metal until the shot of electric current, that why magnets will not rust.

  • @solitaryman1424 I will start by pointing out that I have a magnet that is rusty and then say that the rest of you comments are about as scientifically accurate as the one about magnets not rusting.

  • Did you film this with a Burger King intercom?

  • @godhelpusall1 The video is a copy of a copy of a copy .... etc. I don't know how many generations it has been through at this point. The machine and the video were made in the first place as part of a scam. Some of the people who have copied it may be unaware that it is a fake but I am sure that many are. There are several videos like this up on youtube in attempts to cheat people of their money.

  • seems like a fake video but the logic is real. plus i don't think these engines would hurt the environment in their production like other electric engines

  • @InAndOutMurder No, the claims are totally bogus. Such machines never can work. The general case proof has been done. To do it yourself, go look up the equations for force between magnetic poles and the energy one. Notice that (dY/dX) of the energy is the force. No matter what you do, you can't win, you can't break even and you can't leave the game.

  • For trolls, any response is 'recognition'; they are unable to distinguish between irritation and admiration; their ego grows directly in proportion to the response, regardless of the form or content of that response.

  • Please look at all the YouTube videos of magnet motors and you will find better designs that are very simple. I hope someone will get a small business loan and start building these things and sell them to homeowners for like $500 each so they can power their home or car or tractor or whatever. What a brilliant business to get into. If you want me on your team, please hire me I'd enjoy working at a company building magnet motors! Brian 941-806-8907

  • @stusalitusbrian There are no working "magnet motors". There are frauds like perendev and this one. There are others that were faked but no actual legal fraud done. There are a bunch of ones that "nearly work" which will remain "nearly working" forever. The idea that you can create energy by the motions of magnetic poles is just bogus. It was disproved long ago.

  • hahahaha. nope. i don't control the world's energy. keep searching redneck.

  • Magnetic Motors are more efficient to run than Generators because they require less electricity. They may even be used to propel the vehicle.

  • vid dated 2006 - and since it's not on the market, there's our first clue that it deserves a SCAM ALERT.

  • @kmac1959 So i take it you control the worlds energy and you would know

  • looks like a greys motor

  • Imagine an electric motor. Duh.

  • the only way you will ever get free energy from this motor is if you attack a fan blade to it, so it can spin like a generator

then shove it up your ass.

Then every time you fart a light will come on: FREE ENERGY!

  • @MrHobiecat TYPO: attach a fan blade....

THINK how much fun this would be! All your friends will be able to see the light when it comes on, and everyone cheer together "FREE ENERGY! FREE ENERGY!"

Now everytime you fart, instead of everyone giving you the stink eye, it will be like a PARTY!

  • It's not free energy. It's free electricity. All you have to do is go buy a Magnetic Motor and Generator to put at home in the garage. Then run to your local Auto Store get a Lead Acid Battery and Transformer. Total Cost should be about $2,500. You won't have to pay for electricity anymore. But be careful not to set your house on fire.

  • @tnguyen318 Lead acid battery and a transformer eh?

I thought asian people were suppose to be smart, and know about science and technical things?

  • I don't know much about methods of electrical generation. Please enlighten me on how we an get free electricity.

  • @tnguyen318 you DONT

to paraphrase the laws of physics:

    1. you cant get ahead

    2. you cant even break even

    3. you cant get out of the game

    there is no free lunch!

  • I guess only engineers and electricians know about this stuff. The regular everyday people is tired of hearing Government Promises and other people talk about electric cars and free electricity when you don't see any. I myself see a future of cheap abundant electricity for the Nation and the World. If there's no free lunch, how come I received free lunch program at school?

  • @tnguyen318 some one else pays for those lunches, they dont fall out of the sky, they are not free.

Electricity from dams and wind generators is essentially free, the equipment is not free, but the falling water and wind are. Ditto solar energy.

Wind, solar and hydro power, in the big picture, comes from the energy of the sun. Once the sun uses all its fuel, the earth is dead meat!

  • Are you an electrician and engineer?

  • @tnguyen318 you dont have to be an engineer to understand the basics of electrical power generation.

goto wikipedia, its a good starting point.

  • Then do you know if the self-charging (self-sustaining) electric car is possible?

  • @tnguyen318 The thing in the video is just a fraud. You can't have a "self sustaining" or "self charging" car. It is like suggesting that a car can have big wheels in the back and small ones in the front so it is always rolling down hill. With electrical stuff you can't see the workings so it appears mysterious but really it isn't.

  • Is the car on a Hill for it to be rolling down hill?

  • @tnguyen318 No, just the big wheels in the back make the back higher than the front. It is an analog for the idea of the magnet motor. You can see the wheels so the physics is obvious to the eye unlike the magnetic case.

  • Does the magnetic motor look promising to you?

  • @tnguyen318 On any motor, if you put 1000 watts of energy in, some of that energy will be lost to heat, resistance and friction of the bearings, the the air resistance of the turning parts. If the motor is 99% effecient, for every 1000 watts of energy you put in, you will get 990 watts of useful energy out.

Its the same with generators, you can never get the same amount of energy out that is being used to make it spin.

And you can NEVER get out MORE energy than you put in. Physics 101.

  • It's this simple. Make electricity for people to use without burning coal. Done Deal. No need to talk scientific balogny. It's in How its made. Engineering. If I have proven to you that we can create electricity free from using gasoline, then it's free electricity. All your arguments are useless.

  • @tnguyen318 and the company that made the engine shown in the video has been TRIED IN COURT AND PROVEN TO BE A FRAUD. In fact, this video violates their injuction of advertising this engine on ANY internet website!

  • @MrHobiecat Hey man - it's the Gold Coast. Isn't most of that a fraud also?

  • @MrHobiecat

exactly..... energy can not be created nor destroyed. In the example you gave, the 10 watts was dissipated in heat or whatever, but not 'just gone.'

How people can believe that there is some sort of miracle power source (engine) that "requires" no fuel boggles my mind.

  • @MrHobiecat Not sure what comment you were replying to of tnguyens but just wanted to put my 2 cents in, the energy needed to spin a turbine to create electricity is supposedly less then the potential energy in magnets. The idea is to harness that energy to transform it to another type. But you are correct that there is always energy loss you cant put 100 in and get 200 out. Its like nuclear power...the energy there is way more than what we are using it for (creating electricity)

  • @rabbit2110 there is no energy stored in magnets, potential energy or otherwise.

  • @MrHobiecat Then what do you call it when two magnets are pulled to each other? There is the magnetic field that is exerting force and when you use that field to move mass (two magnets once in each other's magnetic fields pull each other together) there is energy being used.

  • @rabbit2110 again, there is no energy stored IN MAGNETS. if you push two magnets towards each other with opposite poles the energy comes from YOU pushing the magnets. Just like compressing a spring, once you let it go the spring has no energy of its own.

  • @MrHobiecat A small error on your part:

The energy in a magnetic field is:

    W = 0.5 * integral B^2 / u

If you work it out it is truly a trivial amount but it is not zero. Still if you have a magnetic field when you are done with the operation (like pushing them together and then letting them apart), you have not converted this energy to another form.

  • @MrHobiecat I never said a Magnet has stored energy....also a spring is not the same as a magnet. The magnet does not need any force exerted onto it to make it work. When magnets get into a close enough proximity to each other they are pulled together by themselves. There is no other force needed to make them get stuck together.

  • @rabbit2110 If you measure the external magnetic field before and after the magnets pull together, you will discover that there is now a lot less field. In order to be able to repeat the action you need to do work to pull the magnets back apart. If you correctly add up all the energy, you will find that there is no change in total energy throughout the entire process of letting them together and pulling them apart. You must include yourself in the system when you do the math though.

  • @MrHobiecat

and yet think of all the physics theories that were wrong... dont make an ass of yourself whats the next thing that your going to say is there are only 118 elements in the table of elements?

scientific laws proven wrong : Flat Earth hypothesis, Phlogiston theory, Geocentric theory of the solar system, The classical elemental theory, Aristotle's dynamic motion, Newton's Laws of Motion

    need more?

  • @fluffie33 The flat earth one is a very interesting story. Basically since the earliest records we have reports that people know the earth was round. It was only a work of fiction that introduced the idea that it was thought to be flat. The book was called "the life and times of christopher columbus". It is from that book that people got the idea that folks in the past generally believed in a flat earth. The flat earth was only believed by the uneducated.

  • @MrHobiecat True but is a great way to store energy

  • @megabassX Such things aren't even good ways to store energy. The machine is just an electric motor. We have better electric motors.

  • @MrHobiecat Like Saint Thomas, only believing in what you see...

  • @xTornado78x yeah, that is how science works. If you cannot demonstrate that something is real, all the ancient goat farmer mythology BullKwrap will get you no where.

St Thomas is a character in ancient jewish-cult-spinoff mythology.

  • @MrHobiecat

What about using permanent magnets and other certain materials and methods to make something turn faster than the power it is being given?

Your comment is the reason I don't need to go to college - all the information is mainstream, totally regurgitated, and useless anyway because everyone is taught the same thing.

  • @ExpertOfSound is that why you always put down different answers on tests, and got D's and F's while everyone else got A's and B's? You are not into reality and want to learn something else instead?

People at universities LEARN the same things. You have not learned anything, clearly evident by the nonsense you post.

  • @ExpertOfSound It is obvious that you have not been in a college and seen what is taught. At least, I can say for certain that you did not study any technical subjects. If you had, you would have learned that the most direct path to the wrong answer is to mess up the units of measure and the types of values in the way you just did in that comment. "turn faster than the power" should say to you "Wrong answer coming soon". A mistake like that on the way into an argument dooms it.

  • @knowledgemonger

I was tired when I typed that, and im not messing up units of measurement... Also, I have seen lots of college, and the stuff that is taught could be found online very easily for free and at your own pace. I have spent hours and hours typing random things into google and researching them, for example the other day I saw something about an ultrasonic humidifier, so for about 2 hours I spent my time looking up how they are made, and how to make one myself.

  • @ExpertOfSound The tricky bit in the ultrasonic humidifier is the drive to the piezo element. A tricky way to do it is to pulse the drive waveform on and off. There is usually more than one resonance. Put one primary side band on each of the two biggest resonances you find.

  • @MrHobiecat even if you could get an engine like that. they would never implement it because the petroleum industry would be destroyed. economics 101

  • @SekoanHD If you could get a unicorn, you could put it on a treadmill. Unicorns are way more likely than the things being claimed here. There is nothing in the rules of the universe that prevent an animal with one horn. A machine that makes energy by moving magnetic poles is a different matter.

It is really a good thing that machines like this can't work. Remember that electrons and protons have a dipole moment. Some fraction of the time, they would hit on the magic combination.

  • @SekoanHD Yes, like the coal industry stopped the use of natural gas for home heating, and the whale oil industry stopped the use of kerosene in oil lamps, and the natural gas industry stopped the used of electric lights in homes

and the horse and buggy stopped the use of internal combustion vehicles and steam engines

and the bow and arrow industry stopped the use of gunpowder firearms.

you are an idiot! no one has to stop something that DOESNT WORK.

  • @MrHobiecat Im saying hypothetically if one of these things did work it wouldnt happen on a huge scale. if the need for petrol was killed off then governments would lose a vast amount of money and middle eastern countries that depend on the sale of oil would see a dramatic reduction in sales and it would affect the global economy. something which none of your examples have or will ever do.

    two words. fucking moron.

  • @SekoanHD your grasp of reality and history is underwhelming.

You cant stop knowledge and technology. If it were possible to generate power cheaply, people would be building the machines all over the world, HOW would anyone stop them?

We cant even stop people from making moonshine, or growing pot or cocaine, or opium, how is a corporation going to stop new technology from being used?!

  • @MrHobiecat There is one thing that can stop knowledge and technology and that is large numbers of people falling for silly nonsense like the bogus machine we see in this video. All those people who could be out there inventing that next solar panel or windmill or high efficiency engine could instead be tricked by con artists into wasting their time on things that can never work. This is the one thing that could bring it all to a stop.

  • @knowledgemonger you are talking in circles

anyone that has taken basic physics at the High School level knows you cant get free energy without a source of free power (wind, hydro, solar, surf, tides...)

the only people getting duped by these scams are people who are too stupid for their own good,.

  • @MrHobiecat I don't think you understood the intent of the comment. I was making a point about the damage nonsense like this causes. Not everyone knows physics. Some who don't do still have other skills.

  • @knowledgemonger people that are not willing to study the basic laws of physics are not in danger of discovering or inventing anything

all the easy stuff has been done. TO make a significant contribution to science or technology today takes a LOT of dedication and hard work.

  • @tnguyen318 No, magnetic motors are not even "not promising". They are simply ruled out by the nature of the universe we are in. The machine in this video is an electric motor being used as a prop for a fraud. That is all there is to it.

  • Technically batteries are not 'fuel' so, ignore those two car batteries wired to the magcial motor, they dont count!

    HAHHAHAHAHAHHAAHA!

  • @MrHobiecat Yes, it is just a battery powered electric motor being used as a prop for a fraud.

  • "Imagine an engine that requires no fuel"

Imagine an orgasm that requires no clitoris.

  • any engine that claims to run without consuming feul violates the first law of thermodynamics. i read about this company in the paper today and i broke out laughing because i couldn't believe anyone would be stupid enough to invest in an alleged perpetual motion machine these days. but i guess i was wrong.

  • @yourastupidface Yes, they make claims and just like in the past people believe them and "invest" in their great new "invention". This sort of fraud never seems to stop working and still even finds supporters like lectric2010. The really awful part is not the money they cheat people of directly. I have seen good people with obvious mechanical skills waste years of their lives on attempts to reproduce the machine even after the fraud was exposed. We have lost what they may have done instead.

  • The company, based in the US, operated on the Gold Coast and at Lismore. It raised more than $1 million from investors for the engine, which the court found, in March 2009, ''could not work''...The Supreme Court made injunctions permanently stopping Cycclone Magnetic Engines from engaging in misleading or deceptive conduct by representing on a website that the engine worked.
