the taskbar on the bottom? It's a program called object dock, search and download it from google. Very easy

i know it really looks like xp and I don't like

Problem with that theme is it looks like it's not using Aero, which means you don't get thumbnails or peek or other features, not even the nice fade animations (your windows popped up the way they do in 'basic' theme).

Those themes need to use Aero to be very usable.
