Great job the only thing i see wrong with the whole cart it straight pipe. Not good to run like that , you'll lose power an will wear out the rings very quick, but other then that great job...
I am going to put a 250 ninja engine in my go kart and I was wondering how you got the shifter and the clutch set up in the go kart? and what did you get the hydraulic brake caliper of off? could you please send me a message? then I can give you my-mail so you can possibly send me some pics?

I used the stock tach and tach cable along with a tach cable extension.

I got the engine for free from a friend. As for what im doing with the engine I up graded the ignition system and messed with the jets.
