Dont forget about the VQ30's predecessor, the VE30. Which was quicker than a VQ30, until the the VQ30's got VI setups in 99+ :) and 2002-03 are even faster than the 04-06

Im going to have to disagree. The fastest bone stock VQ30 maxima has run 14.25@95mph, i dont recall seeing a VE30 5spd maxima running any faster then high 14's if they broke into the 14's not sure. The vq30 got the variable intake in 2000, 99's had no variable intake.

the 02-03 6spd are about the same as an 04-06 6spd, the 04-06 have a higher final drive but also weigh more, the 04-06 autos are faster then the 02-03 due to better gearing. Nice try tho :P

2002 + are the fastest. The 3.5 really helps out. Nevertheless the VQ30 are still damn quick.

this is the reason i want a 2000 or a 2002 maxima. Their probably my fave, and probably the fastest of all maxima's. I got a 3rd gen auto 91. hahah
