The person calling himself as expert of Noori Ilam is also not knowledgeable, as he claims that Roohain are there who are called for help. These are actually evil gins or satins who are having an agreement with Jadoogar to help him in response of his bad deeds which he does to please the Satin.

Also seeking help from muslim gin is also a sin. Only way to avoid these things is to be paak and abide by the sunna of Prophet (PBUH) as He as conveyed so many Duaa's in His hadiths.
