CryoTEM tomography of liposomal doxorubicin sample

This is an amazing video of liposomes. The 3D structure of the liposomes (the vesiclular structure) and the encapsulated doxorubicin crystal inside are so vivid. Do you see the double vesicles on the right? The outer liposome has one drug crystal and for the first time I have seen the inner liposome also contains a drug crystal. Thank you Nanoimaging.
