It's technically impossible for a female human and an asari to have "lesbian love". Asari are unisex, seemingly always female with their voice and body shape. However, some dialogue I encountered playing the games revealed that asari can also be referred to as "male", though how females and males are distinguished is beyond me. But regardless, if a species is apparently unisex, then lesbian love isn't possible because their children are produced through mental connections & then they give birth.

Go read the Mass effect wiki's they clearly state that all asari are sexually (meaning biologically) female. Asari Only pass on the genes of the mother host to the child. The father host's DNA is only used to remap the mother hosts DNA to take the place of the second DNA set.

I was very disappointed that this scene was not explicit enough. I wanted to see everything. Why must they censor it? It should be very wild and explicit. We should be able to control positions and the aggressiveness of the sex. It's sad that we live in a time where sex scenes are being censored and scenes of sniping a Husk, breaking them in half is shown very explicitly. More nudity, wildness, and explicitness during sex scenes would be great.
