i don't know how to tell you this but the song by demi and this one are two different songs. Demi's original song is called For the Love of a Daughter and it hasn't been released on album yet because Disney thinks it's too mature for her audience. This song IS written by John Mayer, though Demi did cover it at a concert at least once. =)
