they sound so much better here than on their c.d. Maybe cuz they've had more time to sing again, sign with a vocal coach. I dunno, but they definitly sound less nasal than before. They sound so much clearer! I am definitly liking and faving this video.

@LiveLaughLove8489 this was right after they got together so they actually had a vocal coach help them (mostly help Anaïs) AFTER this press conference for the album. i agree they sound much better here, a lot stronger vocally, than on the album and i dont know why.... maybe "nerves" and "pressures" in the studio so they werent able to "open up" like they could here?

@courtneypmbowie1 Well, on the bright side the next c.d. will sound 10 times better. So if this is before they did the album then what happened? is it too much playing around? B/c they sound nasal ont he album but here they sound so clear and well trained and strong. I guess maybe nerves. It was the first time in 6 yrs they were in the studio.

@LiveLaughLove8489 we'll see how they sound on the next album, hopefully they'll be better trained and comfortable by then. I dont know what happened... maybe they felt intimidated by such good producers and felt the big pressure of needing to sing exactly like the producers said? That is hard after not having to do it for 6 years (for Anaïs, 2 for Fanny).

Anais' voice goes with Fanny's well. They have been singing together with each other since the beginning of PLAY (2001), but Sanne isn't a very good fit - they need Rosanna and Anna back. Sanne is a good solo singer, not a group singer. She sticks out too much.

Totally disagree. But anyways Sanne should not be the lead singer, she just got in there, did nothing to deserve to be lead and has never even been a leader in a group or in a group at all before this. They did the same thing with Janet and look what happened.

She is kind of a sub-leading vocalist. This is the new Play and they give us new sound. You can't deny that Sanne has one amazing voice. It goes really well with Fanny and Anais. I do miss Anna , Rosie and Janet, but I think this is by far the best Play for me. Those 3 girls have their own career anyway. :)
