First off he's too short to be meech. That aside I know who it is, I just cant remember his name.

He's actually better than Meech in my opinion. He's a HDC regular and used to do some of the craziest hip hop feel, I've ever seen. I remember him flipping one night and kicking the disco ball; freaked us all out.
