Hey vin, I just think your videos are great, whats even more weird, before i saw them, i was doing similar studies on the effects of gaba drugs and sleep meds. Impossible to disagree that ambien is the best Z drug. As far as benzos go, Ativan seems best effective in my study. There are alot of meds Dr.'s prescribe for sleep like antidepressant, SSRI's, but what sucks about them is that you need to take it at bedtime when your winding down and I hate feeling that tired feeling.

Also, a couple of weeks ago I took 16 at home and woke up 30 miles down the road in jail which is all I remember but got a DUI which is pending.
