Don't go there if you want to relax! You'll find that there are not enough chairs by the pool, screaming kids everywhere, and lousy service seems to be the theme of this "world class resort". What a disappointment!

its heaven on earth wish i could go back this year again

the hotel is absolutely unreal !!!!!! and the island is even more beautiful take the down hill bike ride youll love it!!

I don't know what the OBCESSION is with being served and treating staff like they are slaves Everybody is always saying go to the 4 Seasons because of the service, But honestly we were treated like celebrities at the GW and the beauty was so unreal I forgot where I lived! The image of the beauty there will never leave me!
