if anyone wants better stealth armor if you meet the bonus requirement on the db quest "breaching security" you get an item called olava's token that, if brought to olava the feeble allows you to obtain the ancient shrouded armor which is basically a mix of upgraded armor from the normal shrouded and the enchantments of cicero's gear.

@Adde776 Of course you can, you just dont get the extra benefits at the start of the game like an argonian would. Good thing about Imperial is you find more gold, this is great if you want to pick pocket people.

go to Windhelm, theres a house there with a boy doing the black sacrament. He'll think youre one of the DB assasins so hell tell you to o to riften and kill some bitch. nce you get your reward, go to a bed and sleep for 24 hours. you'll wae up and the DB will have you captive. Thats how you get in

Theirs an ancient shrouded armor for doing one of the challanges the one were you get the fortune read its a pain to get it but its something like double the perks of the dark brotherhood standerd armor that means like 40% bow damage somethin like that haven't played with Bolok lately...(assassin)

The Blade of Woe is the highest raw damage dagger in the game - even higher than daedric. With a full set of +smithing gear and the strongest foritfy smithing potion you can make, it's at 97 damage with armsman 5/5. Now multiply that by 30. Level 50 ancient dragons are the only things that can survive a backstab.

As for armor, I always use the shrouded gloves, as that backstab multiplier is unbeatable. The rest of the armor is generally custom enchanted dragonscale.

When I play, I don't have any points in light armor, so I play with the Ancient Shrouded Cowl and Ancient Shrouded Boots, then I use the Nightingale chest and the Nightingale boots because I tend to never need to back stab.

I'm an Assassin that specs in conjuration for both the bound weapons and the atronachs. So I'm level 24 and have 250 magicka, 170 health and 110 stamina. I have filled out most of the conjuration (except zombie? and archery skill trees. Any thoughts on where I could improve?

I found the best armor is Ebony Chainmail ... when you sneak it turns you into a black smoke, and when enemies try to attack you, and does 5 points of posion damage.

I prefer light dragon scale armor because the shrouded armor itself doesn't add stealth effects so you might as well get the strongest. Also this lets you be able to smith Daedric so you can get the dagger and bow.

The best sneak armor is: Cicero's Hat, Cicero's Chest, Any muffeled Boots, Shrouded Gloves ( The one with 2x Backstab attack dmg), Mehrunes Razor in Mainhand, Blade of Woe in Offhand, any sneak / 1h dmg ring, any sneak /1h dmg Necklace. This set is really awesome, but looks bad. If you use a armor depending on the looks your bad.

mate u don't know shit when it comes to the weapons! Use the following:

Blade of woe (only one you got right)

Mel's Razer (soz can't remember exact name)

Deadric Bow (can't believe you were using a fucking elven bow)

and finely make sure all weapons and armour are smithed to perfection e.g flawless, legendary

If you have the "able to steal equipped weapons" ability, go to the dark brotherhood leader (astrid) save, pickpocket her blade of woe (will take a while, unless you have 100 pickpocket) then later as you do the missions, she gives you the blade of woe, so you can dual wield blades of woe.

You just need to go to Windhelm and hear from people about the kid who is interested in the Dark Brotherhood. Go break into this locked house in the town, there will be no way in except to lock pick. When you enter that house you'll be on your way. The DB story line is a little less complex this time, but it shares a similar feel to the one in Oblivion.

They made the blade of woe pretty useless in oblivion,even after the story line. Good to see they did something with it

@epicmeisepic it has arround 6 charges and the only thing it does is absorb 10 points o health, by the time i gotit my epic ebony daggers had 70ish charges absorbing 15 points of health and stamina and the other had a chance of paralize target, it's still pretty useless for combat, but it at least does more damage then any other dagger(and can be upgraded early on-steel smithing and arcane smithing)
