  • do u have some plans or somthing cuz i want to make same exhaust tu my scooter...i like yours...good sound and nice outfit

  • @Lutivere Read past comments. It's already been explained right below this.

  • how did u put the muffler on there

  • @lilcobe234 The stock header has a flange. Made the new muffler to just bolt up. Welded nuts inside the end plate of the muffler so it's simple.

  • how did u put the muffler or exhaust or whatever you call it on there

  • @lilcobe234 I have nuts welded inside of the front of the muffler so it bolts up just like the stock can did.

  • @ipodModdiing Nothing inside this one. The cylinder is 3.5" exhaust pipe left over from my car. The end caps are just steel sheet that you can get at any hardware store. The outlet is a piece of 2" exhaust pipe. You can get pipe at most parts stores, but they might have to order 3.5". If doing it again, I think 4" would work better. That would make it easier to fit over the stock flange.

  • @90gtvert how much would it be to buy all those parts ???

  • @ipodModdiing Ummm. You'd have to ask the clerks at the stores I mentioned. I know the big 3.5" to 4" pipe is kinda pricey. I really don't buy this stuff so much that I can give you a close estimate.

  • do you go on the road with it ?

  • Yeah. It's not a dirtbike lol.

  • Your other muffler that looks as truck muffler sounds better.

  • nice exhaust, CHek my video response, I'm specting mine to perform as yours, but with the stock muffler modification only....

  • question how do i change my air intake on my moped? i have a TGB Sunset 49cc... i would like to put something like yours... any vids u know that shows how to?? thanks

  • It's not really complicated. You just need to pull the old airbox off and measure the outside diameter of the caruburetor's inlet. Find a UNI or K&N or whatever type of filter you prefer with an inside diamter that will fit over your carb. You may be able to clamp it directly to the carb, if clearance is tight you may have to use a section of tubing or radiator hose to mount the filter. You will most likely need to use a larger main jet and maybe a larger pilot jet in the carb so it's not lean.

  • I also modified my air intake but instead of removing the old airbox i cut it in a slanting shape then i attached a single sheet of lightweight aluminun which i called an air catcher that redirects air inside the new air intake that comes from the back..its cool cause I didn't have to buy a new air filter and i cut weight by doing so..maybe sometime I can post a video of it and share it with you guys..by the way Im gonna post it in my GLANG67 account..this 1 is my brothers... godbless guys...

  • Square muffler sounded great but looked terrible.

    Good work either way.

    Take Care

  • Have you ever made a chambered muffler?

I figured since I got access to a MIG, TIG, and stick weld machines, it would be a waste of $300+ to buy an exhaust I'd have to adapt to my Qingqi mounts anyway. I'm upgrading my 150cc to optimise power & acceleration. I got the A/F & carb on the way. Now I need an exhaust to match it all up. The ignition & CVT are already done.

  • I actually have another video posted of this scooter with a chambered muffler that I built. There's also a video of the same scoot with a stock muffler that I modded. Look through my other vids.

  • lol i want one :D

  • Had it around. If the owner wants to buy a shielded unit or some other configuration himself, that's up to him. Not my scoot, I just work on it.

  • put the square one back on, it sounded cooler, this one looks nice though more like a biks muffler :)

  • NICE SOUND!!

  • i am getting a sunl scoot and i am planning to get some performance parts for it but does sunl even use the gy6 engine in it

  • 3.5" Exhaust Pipe (9.5" long)

    18GA Steel End Caps

    M6 Studs

    2" Exhaust Pipe Outlet

    3/4" Inlet/Outlet Holes

    No baffles.

    Weld it all together.

  • interesting video :-) why dont you made another one building one of those step by step, that`d be awesome

  • What materials were used?

Give some specs - lenght ect.

    Looks/sounds fucking sweet!

    How about some baffles?
