  • I'm American who's a bigggg fan of UK 80's music. Agreed! Today's music don't have that happy feel good vide that really made you want to have a good time. Was fortunate to have grown up during this era believed to be the best era of music of all times. Love this performance.

  • What a classic feel good song. This was a great tune back in the 80's Oscars at Clacton Colchester Windmill and the First floor in Ipswich. Why cant modern music be like this instead of all the gangster egos who slap their bitches up while doing a drive by. Modern singers and so called rappers should watch this and see what music really sounds like. Great video thanks for posting it.

  • thank you for this...good memorys, cant beat the old school sounds.

  • gonna squeeze you all night... good sound!

  • Wonderful, thanks for sharing.

  • Now your talking great sounds great memories is phil the forgotten star of the 80s.?? all the hits we loved it

  • @chiperta Yeah, but at least the music will still be here at present and the future.

  • @AimalCool Yes I suppose you are right. Thanks.

  • @chiperta Yeah but, there'll be no internet, no proper mobile phones, no HD, no 3D, no modern game consoles etc. Are you sure you want to go back to the 80s?

  • @AimalCool Yes I'm sure. I'm not interested in all that other stuff.

The 80's were all about great music and great times, and that is what I'm about.

  • @AimalCool Funnily enough, push comes to shove, I could actually do without all those things! ( As much of a contradiction as that sounds!) ;-)

  • Thank you for posting this great music video. Reminds me all the good old days in Phase 4 Disco,3rd Eye disco and Vertigo Disco in Balibago, Angeles City, Philippines. Maraming Salamat.

  • Good fashion from phil, like the look.

  • Reminds me of Friday nights down the disco!!!!!

  • She was the for baby d apparently, rmmember that circa 92-94

  • please check out a track ive made myself: 'goa trance GOA UNIVERSE'

  • great song from the 80s

  • Gänsehaut Feeling!!!

  • I love this tune, thank you, thamk you thank you! takes me back.

  • this record reminds me so much of the pretty girl who used to dance to this at the warren inn in binfield back in the early 80s

  • Phil fearon - LEGEND

  • nice track !

  • errhh!! Fearon married her......BabyD, that's her dancing...right?

  • Phil rocks i remember this so well from the local disco/ nightclub

  • Great song. The back up singers are outstanding. Their voices are incredible. Beautiful song. Good Melody. I am a Phil Fearon fanatic.

  • Wanker!

  • Who is this loser?

  • just to clarify - Mogadon is the loser, not Phil Fearon. This is a great song

  • you,lol

  • @mogadon

Go and stick a dildo deep in your dirty ass, you racist son of a bitch !

  • What a pleasure , that is medicine for our ears

  • never heard this before what year is it from. I am going to try to get a proper copy of it as I liked the way they did the 303 and drum machine stuff towards the end of the song; an extended mix of this would be great. there must be some out there.

I'm sorry not to conform to proscriptive musical tastes but apart from this sort of stuff I also like punk. How does that work do I need counselling?

  • It was summer 1983. I like disco and new wave as well, nothing wrong in that. I just like a good tune.

  • You certainly DON'T need counselling. I absolutely love 70s and 80s music whether its disco, glam rock, punk, pop, anything. If you like this listen to Yarbrough & Peoples - Don't stop the music. Great disco classic.

  • Same here

  • you are sound, i am a black man with a collection of over 2000 disco and dance collection, but i also like 70s punk, new wave, garage, classical, latin, jazz. Anything good. Music is the food of life

  • around our waistlines sadly

  • nice posting

  • wicked track!

  • whew! great song! i can still recall my sisters' choreo for this.. he,he.

  • Why are you looking at this then? - idiot! happy memories for alot of people with these tunes.

  • If this makes for happy memories for you...you can have it. I have heard some horrible crap in my day, but this takes the cake. Yuck.

  • Being a punk, yeah, you certainly must have heard some crap..you can stick that pogo where the sun don't shine...utter shite!!

  • Hahahaha...that was funny.

  • You like punk, why are you looking at this?? Not exactly a random choice is it? At 43 years old you should know better than being a keyboard warrior! Go listen to the sex pistols for great lyrics haha!!!

  • Yes, at least they sang about something intelligent rather than mundane and pointless like this shite.

  • doubt they could even spell! Please let me know why you looked up this song - I'm intrigued!

  • Wow! For someone that listens to crap music, you are very complex. I know, I was wrong for stating my opinion, especially in a derogatory fashion. I am sorry, but I still think this is awful. Most "punks" are very intelligent and very educated. To berate or belittle an entire group of people is rather inane.

  • I was merely commenting about punks in jest! I would not give any blind comment about a whole group of people, alot of punks were middle class ex public school boys who rebelled in my opinion, and i don't mean that in any bad way. Also, this song is just a memory lane song - I was about 6 when it came out! I don't think its the best in the world, but it makes my wife and I smile, which is alot more than more modern songs can do! Being a pro musician I do know whats good and what isn't!! :O)

  • Music is what makes us happy. It is the universal language of elation...to me, at least. Whatever makes one happy is what it is about. I still don't get this song, but hey....take care and sorry to bring such a sour note to one of your favorite songs.

  • No problem mate :)

  • I need to let you know how I came upon this song. I have a friend that said to check it out ...I did. I made my honest opinion and the rest is history. It is an opinion...that is all.

  • have you noticed his lips are not in sinq with the words lol, love it though

  • love all phil,s songs along with shalimar and imagination, the whole era was great.

  • This is brilliant!! Love the hair styles from this era!!

  • This song is definitely my 80's facorite. I had never seen that video but simply seeing the clothes, the way they dance, the lighting effects, it remind me of the time when solid gold was on and so much more... Gives me the chills man, thanks for that excellent post. I created an account on You Tube just to say thank you for this incredible and ultra rare material!
