I recently bought a telescope soley to know what the bright object is I've been seeing for yrs. It came with a red dot sight, all it took was to aim at the object, focus, then I had a clear enough picture within minutes. I saw with my own eyes a small sun with 3 planets surrounding it. I've also recently found out there should be 4 planets, so the one I can't see is probably behind the binary sun I'm thinking!? What country r u from?
I'm an astronomy prof. You are looking at Jupiter and the same 4 moons Galileo discovered some time ago. Jupiter is a very bright object and through a low power telescope may appear star like. It is near impossible to image planets around other stars. Exo planets are generally discovered by behavior of their parent starand not the star itself. Antthing bright has been catologed for some time now.

I think he's/she's looking a Jupiter. It's pointless to varify, as you know. There are no "very very bright stars" that are not already catologed. When someone compares the brightness of something to that of the north star they clearly have little to no experience star gazing.

You're right... 99% of the time people are just looking at Jupiter, Venus or a lens flare. 400 years after Galileo and people still subscribe to magical thinking.
I should also note here that the north star is not very bright (apparent magnetude of about 2). Compare this to the average magnetude of Jupiter of about -2.6 and you get what you are saying a brighter "bigger" star.

The photo you describe is apparently from the South Pole Telescope and as I'm sure you've heard the SPT is a radio telescope. When you look at data that comes out of the SPT it looks nothing like the NibiruShock2012 photo.

Did you actually go outside and look at these co-ordinates with your own equipment or did you just parrot what you heard in that video?
I've looked at those co-ordinates many times with my 8" SCT and can confirm no new dwarf star with it's own planets close to us.
Luckily someone downloaded that video before it was removed and tested the coordiates on google sky. Only to see the area was already cropped out. And u can't see the stars behind it, only the cut in half stars around the border of the cropped area. My question to u then is? Why are there no other cropped out areas on google sky?? And if ur saying it's a temporary glitch on google sky, why is it that the only area glitching on the site happens to be the area nibiru is said to be??

If u look on google earth and select sky, put in coordinates: 5h 53m 27s,-6 10' 58 and ul see the cropped out area that the government made. Otherwise get a Mead or Collestron make of telescope that has a 4" or more diameter lense. They vary from £630 -£800 depending on quality. But no matter what telescope u get, u should still be able to see our binary sun on a clear night, it looks like a very very bright star. Any problems write to me

As a kid my first Camera was a 35mm rangefinder, Before i got te handle on it i must have ruined a few rolls, But i remeber taking sun pics an for lack of technical skill on my part had that tanget orb in several pics. One day I saw this, it's an optical illusion, you can see the sun, and next to it it's own mirror reflection, the reflection is most of the times less shiny and could be smaller. I'm no expert but It's produced by the light passing thru ice crystals... Some of the photos also have lens flare... my advice... don't take pictures of the sun unless you have a nice sunset...

these are all lens flares or reflections. If it is out there... it's not in any of these pictures, and you would have to be a complete retard to think it will be as bright as the sun. It's supposed to be a planet, not a star. If by some miracle it does exist, it will only be as bright as our moon which is dim in comparison to the sun because it is only reflecting the sun's light, it isn't it's own source of light... think about it.

I believe that if you were being taught that in school, perhaps they were informing you that there is a theory about it being binary not a scientific fact, sorta like (dare I say) the theory of evolution, which also has yet to be proven. I'm not one to say it is or it isn't real, I'm just saying it isn't proven. I'm still trying to understand what that has to do with these lens flares.

that's not a planet... want a photograph like that? just use an SLR camera without using an UV filter or any other kind of filter and point it direct to the sun and you'll obtain the same effect. I have hundreds of those kind of pics.

If you research nibiru pictures 2009. and nibiru pictures 2008. the pictures both have the same size thing next to the sun. if it was nibiru ( coming towards us) it would be bigger this year. think about it. One day I saw this, it's an optical illusion, you can see the sun, and next to it it's own mirror reflection, the reflection is most of the times less shiny and could be smaller. I'm no expert but It's produced by the light passing thru ice crystals... Some of the photos also have lens flare... my advice... don't take pictures of the sun unless you have a nice sunset...
