I would go to complaining like hec and make them replace it w/ a UPGRRADE, do not call once a day call them a minimum of 10X times per day every day until you are satisfied
Sorry to hear you have had problems. I do have an idea for you. If you spent as much time working with Woodpecker as you did making these videos, I am sure you problems would have been resolved quickly and professionally. Things do happen but Woodpecker is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure to work with and WILL make it right.
Your video does more to show your true character than warn potentiona buyers.
Wow, I posted a comment on your pt1, I didn't know you had a pt2. This problem your having here looks pretty interesting. I've got no clue. I'd have to hold the thing to figure it out. I'm glad you posted these, I've been seriously considering that same lift. But not any more. I hope you get things resolved.

I have heard the same from a lot of folks who have tried the quick lift. Sounds to me like it is just shoty workmanship all the way around.
Your best bet is to go with another maker.
Rockler, BenchDog etc etc....
I wouldn't give Woodpecker a 3rd chance at the same product. Thats for damned sure.
