The Finnish people's ancestors are Finno-Ugric tribes. They are related also to Hungarian people, and their language share common protolanguage. These peoples are more Asian than European.

This is only part of the truth. In reality, finnish and hungarian invaders (like turkish invaders) formed a ruling class over an existing population substrate. They imposed language, culture and their law system on the population, but interbreeded with the existing people.

This is the reason why todays hungarians speak an asian languages but do not look like asians.

Compared to 20th-century-style ethnic cleansing those invaders have been very tolerant and human.
