Calling Hitler as left or right is not accurate. Hitler headed the Nationale sozialistische deutsche Arbeiterpartei which is the National Socialist German Workers Party, but this does not mean Hitler is a Socialist as there are examples of far right policies. Hitler believed Social welfare is the responsibility of the state among many other things. At the same time we see examples of capitalism at its purest. One would be surprised how much the extreme left and extreme right have in common.

Actually, improving relationships with African countries is probably a good idea. Africa has vast natural resources and shoring up fledgling democracies there would ensure trade that would benefit everyone. China has made large advances in Africa and we are falling behind. Having too many friends never hurt anyone, infact it would also help the war on terror.
