love it, but it's no longer legal in folkstyle at my highschool. although i have seen many refs let it go when a wrestler is on his back where there legs were intertwined and he set it up there. it's a potentially dangerous move but the ref didn't catch it. I still hit it at practice pretty often though just to mess with our heavyweight lol

its legal to some extent,

in freestyle you can do whatever you want with it, but in folkstyle you might get called for a potentially dangerous hold if you try to bring his leg too far up

If you use your hand/arm to control his leg you have a five count to make a near fall out of it or let it go. I'm not sure what the rule is behind controling his leg with your leg though.

no, back bows are illegal by application in high school wrestling...

its not really a back bow. its just a move we call the sheets. Its done from a leg vine (the video calls it a turk). its perfectly legal

the rule is if u sit on it for more then 5secs ur are supposed to be called with a stalling call but since the guy in the red kept running the bow it was legal
