there is a settlement on the outskirts of the city of IBADAN in western nigeria where they have a community which is virtually self contained , and the newere settlers build homes and stay within their own communities around the country, however you do have to have a LOT OF MONEY to do this.. its not for the faint hearted no free land .. besides freeland comes at a price . you have to develope it, if not the ghanian govt will take it back .. so you still need a lot of money to settle.
