I know, LOL, your house is too big, it takes me ages to load. next time make a smaller Lot, but otherwise this house is amazing!

Make about 30x30 would be enough :) or 30X40 modern type, just like the first house you made.

I think you got an error maybe because you put the fountain inside the pool :) I'm not sure but try to remove it. see if it works :)

You need to have the "move objects on" cheat and then you can place objects anywhere. In this case I put a fountain in the pool =P
