Well I have my lowbeams running on their own circuit, off a relay, so that they come on as soon as I turn the ignition. This was done to bypass the ECU's DRL. In this video, the ignition was off, and I just turned the foglights on via the stick as I nromally would. Hope that makes sense.

he probaly has an alternative on/off switch different from FActory, or his lancer didnt came with those foglits from dealer and he aftermarketed em

i got same color too except only have performances wise intake,header,exhaust ,ecu ,tint ,n neon under dash cuz i got suspended license n too much fine
