What key are you playing this in? I want to develop a harmony on the fiddle. Most people, I think, assume he wrote this during the Civil War because it was a popular song then, but actually he wrote it during a time of economic depression in the 1850s. It may be a good one to bring back in these uncertain economic times globally. Thanks.
