Would like to laugh at the video editing... the video at ~18s in is actually headed WEST along rt 74 in NY... while the clip immediately preceding it is headed east along the same 200' of Road.

The route (at least as much of it as i know) is from the twin bridges in Albany, up through most likely rt.9, passing across Eagle Lake, and then continuing across the NY - VT ferry in Ticonderoga (though the Crown Point one is equally likely) before ending at the intersection of rt 73 -74 in Shoreham VT

New york; Near Glens Falls just outside of Lake George is where the "wild west ranch" and the uncle sam statue are. The bridge is the Thaddeus Kosciusko Bridge.

They're heading south from vermont, into New york. Lake Erie is 375 miles from Schroon Lake(where they are at 375 miles) could be somewhere in the tristate/ Lake Erie area

Change the quality of the video to 720p to get a clearer video. At 0:20, the family is on the Lake Champlain Ferry, which narrows down the possible destination of the family to one side of Lake Champlain: New York or Vermont. In the background of the cip where the family is on the ferry, you see a New York state flag waving in the breeze. This is important because it shows that they are travelling FROM New York TO Vermont. 0:21 backs it up because it shows a Vermont state highway sign.

They headed east from Fort Ticonderoga, over the Bridge into Vermont on Route 74. The last shot is of the Journey turning right from Routh 74 East onto Route 73 South.
