  • this is perhaps the best interpretation of this late Holly composition. It has a lively arrangement, yet still evokes a melancholy tone, in keeping with the lyrics. Marshall Crenshaw is one of the greats of the modern era, he really gets it.

  • Maybe Someday Soon Thing's Will Change And You'll Be Mine......

  • Me encanta esta cancion, sentimiento y amor!!

  • i am criying waiting and hoping for the Big Bopper,Ritchie Valens and Buddy Holly to come back

  • This solo is the epitome of rock and roll and american culture

  • If Buddy got the chance to actually record this in the studio (the versions that were released came out after he died and used demo vocals, recorded at home, and instrumental arrangements by producer Jack Hansen) I think it would have put him in the stratosphere. Follow it up with "I Fought The Law" (written by Sonny Curtis, one of his friends growing up) and he'd have been bigger than Elvis going forward.

  • this is what buddy's music would of sounded like if he would of lived electric listen to them drums it reminds me of a 100 horses running toward me fantastic

  • I like this version better.
