That's what I tell my kids - not to worry about anything the mean kids say or do. When nerds are doctors, lawyers or heads of a big corporation - and the mean kids are doing manual labor as they never paid attention in school and were too busy poking fun at others......etc....

They are 17 and 16 and 11 now. I'm sure they will be fine. Not so sure about the mean people! There is also Karma. Keep an eye on your future and what you want out of life. Oh, and have fun!

I think it's usually the "popular" kids who are pretending because they have to look cool for everyone. When you're a nerd, you know who your real friends are because they're not afraid to be themselves.
