Just an observation ... If I were Russia I would hitch a start to China. I think the Yuan is poised to become the next world's reserve currency. They haven't allow the Yuan to float; their economy is still expanding. When the English Pound Sterling was king (before 1914) it abused its position and became one of the causes of WWI. The United States is doing the same thing? Is history repeating itself?
That's EXACTLY what they're doing - Consolidating power under the guise of multiple economic "bailouts" which leave the "bailed out" corporations and banks in debt to the United States government indefinitely.
Next they will nationalize the farming industry, as proposed in HR 875, and completely eradicate any shred of self-reliance we American citizens have left. This is the price we pay for our apathy, I suppose.
