But there is no stock on the gun, and being "Sawed-Off" is sort of an Umbrella Term and normally applies to being a "Short Barreled Shotgun/ Rifle", and that means having a barrel length under 18" (and sometimes 16") and an overall body length of 26" or under. I don't believe so, you could actually take an inch off the 18.5" barrel and put a pistol grip on it and it would still be legal. This particular shotgun is questionable whether it's legal length. From the end of the Pistol grip (or original stock) to the end of the barrel must be 26" to be legal.

Not illegal, just regulated. Sometimes, when someone says "sawed-off," what they really mean is "short-barrel." If it comes from the factory with a short barrel, you can own it legally, though it requires ATF registration which is unconstitutional. The one in this video lo0ks like it has at least an 18" barrel, possibly 20", in which case it would be legal even if manually sawed and sanded. When you shorten a barrel with a saw, you have to sand the muzzle to remove any burs.
