What i love about her is she uses alot of drugstore products/brands. Im a college student and can't drop $40 on a MAC brush. Thats why i keep coming back because the i can actually use the same products to achive the looks she does.
Thank you soooo much! I use all high end makeup, and the costs add up so high, that i cant really afford MAC brushes! This is sooooo helpful! I can't thankyou enough!
I think you can skimp on certain makeup brushes, but sometimes you just need to put down the money and buy something you need and know you'll use everyday.
I love the studio tool brush and I was going to buy the Eco tools brushes very soon! Another great Brush brand is stigma! They are a little more expensive but very good too!!!!
studio tools has an awesome duo fiber stippling brush... the SOnia Kashuk one is alot less dense and so its better for blush and highlight wereas the studio tools one is denser but is still soft so its great for foundations. =] hope that helped
@blueberl Studio tools (Target) has a stipling brush for 3.99 and it's fantastic... it has yet to shed, bleed or loose it's shape and it isn't sparse at all... in fact it's often compared to the MAC brush.
the ecotools brush i got a 5 brush set of that brand for 13$ at walgreens and it had that brush, a concealer brush, an eyeliner brush, a tapered eyeshadow brush and a lash and brow brush..i like it a lot,
if you like your POSH brush at london drugs (which is just a canadain CVS i think) i got a 10 piece brush set for $20! it had like every brush you need (well at least i will ever need) and its only out for xmas i think cause its a gift set that i had to treat my self too! LOL i dont think its on the website but its a really good set!
You are adorable! Thank you so much for this information. It will be very helpful! Not everybody has money to spend on expensive brushes! Thank you! :-)
I found an awesome dupe today for the MAC 226 at Target and it's the Sonia Kashuk tapered crease brush. It's very similar to the 226. The Essense of Beauty brushes that you showed in the video (especially the larger of the two) are good dupes for the MAC 219 and the pink stippling brush from Coastal Scents is similar to the MAC 187.
this tapered crease brush looks like a Mac 226 dupe which I so very much want but dont want to sink money in! I will look for it in my CVS! Thanks a ton!
Its so nice to watch your affordable brush collection. Most others on here are all MAC and we cant all afford those. I think those of us who use the affordable brushes have just as pretty looks as those who use MAC. Thanks for the video!
I have that same Studio Tools crease brush. I love it! I think it would be a dupe for the MAC 224. The dual ended crease brush you got at Longs kind of looks like the MAC 226. I don't have either of those MAC brushes so please don't hold me to my guess about the dupes. Thank you for doing this video.
What about elf brushes? They're at target and even dollar stores. They're pretty good quality and cruelty-free. :D

your makeup application is only as good as your brushes. I would splurge on brushes and stay low on the actual makeup.
