  • Thanks sooo much... have not been to alot of weddings so I this will stir my imagination

  • No matter wat! Canon in D is going to be playing on my wedding day!

  • I always thought the viola concerto in G by Telemann had a very wedding feel to it.

Also, Bach's cantata for weddings (BWV 202) wouldn't be a bad choice.

  • This was VERY useful for me. I love how you put which songs to use for each part of a wedding ceremony. I am now finished with my ceremony music for the wedding and I am confident with my picks. Thanks so much for this useful video!!!

  • wonder what music William and Kate will pick Trumpet Vollentry was Dianas choice

  • I got married outside so the music was kept to a minimum. Luckily the church had a fabulous organ and organist as we couldn't get the full dramatic effect of this music outdoors.

  • Thank you!!! great help!!

  • Thank you so much for putting this together, it has been so helpfull. Kisses.......

  • I always think of "Sheep May Safely Graze" as a Christmas song.

Handel's Hornpipe from Water Music and Vivaldi's Spring from Four Seasons are great for weddings, as is Bach's Air on a G String.

  • Thank you its sooooooooooo helpful

  • This has really helped thanks alot for putting this out to people, also love your version of Pachelbel's Canon in D amazing sound better then the usual version - thanks

  • thank u so much!! this helped me so much preparing for my friend's wedding!!!!

  • Beautiful selection of music!

But, it makes me glad I eloped when I read "music to play while seating Mothers and Grandmothers" - wow, that's specific!

I chose my favorite pieces for my wedding:

Processional: Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring (Bach)

During the signing: Ave Maria (Schubert)

    Recessional: Ode to Joy (Beethoven)

  • Beautiful!!! Thank you!! :D

  • this gives me goosebumps... i love all types of music. but nothing beats classical. hats up to the legacies of these geniuses!!!

  • This was the most helpful thing I have come across since the beginning of planning my wedding... I needed to find music within 30 minutes, and I have everything down now. Thank you so much

  • I'm song #6 in the list on the right.

  • notice they give you choices for the Processional music(comes coming in) and the Recessional(music).these are the most popular choices, and you pick what you like.

  • i just adore beethoven!

  • Thank you! I was looking for what the Recessional was and NONE of my friends or family could remember it was from "Mid Summer Night's Dream!

  • It's amazing that most of this music comes from German composers.

  • Music is divine...just one piece kinda doesn't fit in my opinion to a wedding, it's a little bit sad,not very cheerful..That's Moonlight sonata..But other than that wonderful ;)

  • Thank you so much! I have been searching all over youtube for songs for my wedding, and they all start sounding the same after a while. Having the song names and what part of the wedding they're good for is really helpful!

  • This was really really helpful! Thank you!
