This was VERY useful for me. I love how you put which songs to use for each part of a wedding ceremony. I am now finished with my ceremony music for the wedding and I am confident with my picks. Thanks so much for this useful video!!!
This was VERY useful for me. I love how you put what songs go well with each part of the wedding ceremony. I am finished planning the ceremony music and I now feel very confident due to this post. Thanks so much!!!
I got married outside so the music was kept to a minimum. Luckily the church had a fabulous organ and organist as we couldn't get the full dramatic effect of this music outdoors.
This has really helped thanks alot for putting this out to people, also love your version of Pachelbel's Canon in D amazing sound better then the usual version - thanks
This was the most helpful thing I have come across since the beginning of planning my wedding... I needed to find music within 30 minutes, and I have everything down now. Thank you so much
notice they give you choices for the Processional music(comes coming in) and the Recessional(music).these are the most popular choices, and you pick what you like.
Music is divine...just one piece kinda doesn't fit in my opinion to a wedding, it's a little bit sad,not very cheerful..That's Moonlight sonata..But other than that wonderful ;)
Thank you so much! I have been searching all over youtube for songs for my wedding, and they all start sounding the same after a while. Having the song names and what part of the wedding they're good for is really helpful!

I always thought the viola concerto in G by Telemann had a very wedding feel to it.
Also, Bach's cantata for weddings (BWV 202) wouldn't be a bad choice.

I always think of "Sheep May Safely Graze" as a Christmas song.
Handel's Hornpipe from Water Music and Vivaldi's Spring from Four Seasons are great for weddings, as is Bach's Air on a G String.

Beautiful selection of music!
But, it makes me glad I eloped when I read "music to play while seating Mothers and Grandmothers" - wow, that's specific!
I chose my favorite pieces for my wedding:
Processional: Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring (Bach)
During the signing: Ave Maria (Schubert)
Recessional: Ode to Joy (Beethoven)
