Hey doll face, love the lip color. my skin color is very close to yours, and I have clear/oily skin too. So I was wondering do I really need a primer, or can I just keep using my ambi moisturizer under my foundation. Actually now I just use fashion fair stick foundation here and there. Also, what do you think of sally's beauty lid primer. Do I need lid primer? I don't see creasing when I do my eyeshadow, but I do want the colors to pop more. I've been using my stick foundation as a primer???

@justicefosho Well doll face :)) U can skip primer if you feel you don't need it for your face... is your moisturizer oil free? I have not tried sally's primer... if you want your colors to pop you can use a white or colored base... you can also use them wet.. and yes, you can use foundation as a primer/base.... to give the e/s something to stick to.... hope this helps!! :)) Thanks SO much for your love mama!!

I love when you give colors of the foundations you use since we have the EXACT same shade of skin (including being lighter in the center and slightly darker around the face).

I'm a MUFE junkie, but haven't gotten around to trying the HD foundation since I've been loving the face & body so much.

I heard that Makeup Forever is not a good foundation or HD period because it shows up white on pictures. What do you think about that, is Makeup Forever a good product for African American skin tone.

@buggie66 woooow... Im not sure where u heard that.. but imo.. it is king... and lacome is queen!! the only time a foundation show up white is b/c of zinc oxide in sunscreen so whomever told u that may be wearing a moisturizer with spf... hope this helps..

@TheHeebieGeebie Revlon makes some nice foundation for dry skin and higher end I'd say try you could use any of these except maybe velvet, with a good moisturizer...

@AFRICANEXPORT Sephora carries it online... not all of their stores carry it in person though to sample. :o[ I'm a HUGE fan myself, especially the pigments!!! If you don't try ANYTHING else, just try the pigments!! Ore and Fervent are my FAVE! I've been wanting to try more of the MUFE line, especially the much-talked about HD Foundation! I LOVE my Nars Sheer Glow and promised myself I would wait until I got atleast through 2/3 of the bottle before trying MUFE's. But after watching you talk about it... I think I can bend the rules go for it. Atleast my NARS is 1/2 way gone! :o]
