this man and jason dunham have showed the nation what courage we [Marines] have. and it is pretty baller that he graduated from the naval academy and was a good officer. most officers that earn their commissions through academies of NROTC turn out to freeze in the shit or become dumb asses. OCS is the way to go.
this video is a good one but doesnt do enough justice for he was a good marine a good man a great friend i served with him on his first tour he was my motor t officer before the mit team he is truely missed
I served with Travis from Mid January 2006, until I left in mid April. I have nothing but great memories of him and miss him very much. It crushed me to find out of his death only a week or so after seeing him. I think about him every day.
dont worry my lil bro died at age 20 his 1st week there he cares about other ppl then him self he prays every day befor he go to sleep. He called me the a day befor he died told me he misses me want to see me soon guess that will never happen thats 1 reason i joining the Army to fight for him idc if i die if i do i know i died for something.
All my respects to him and his family!!!
