Was t niet de cast uit England? Ik meende te herinneren dat het the West End cast was :/

This is just wrong!!! The dresses are super off for the song "America". Anita is supposed to a beautiful fluffy purple dress with out millions of sequins. also her arms arms are awkwardly buff. And their spanish accent is so off i have a feeling this is a performance in Europe. However the actors that portrayed Tony and Maria can sing. and Maris's dress is off as well

This isn't the Broadway-billed cast, but maybe understudy?

Gotta say though, I was surprised first at Anita, but then I loved her! She killed it! just DANG! look at her leg muscles! and she has a great voice. :)

Oh no, the Broadway cast stays on Broadway... And their understudies also stay there. And then we have a cast for the National tour in America. And then there is a European tour company who are presented as 'Broadway' but there not.

...Sorta made no sense with the girls being black, because they were from Puerto Rico. An the girl in the chair is supposed to be angry with the others, no agreeing with them at the end. Broadway's is way better!

@SessRin1778 - Umm... Do you know what Puerto Ricans look like? They're not all light-skinned. A large majority of them are dark.

Geweldige musical dit zeker een aanrader. In het echt klinkt alles inderdaad veel mooier. Vooral de dans is geweldig. En ik vind iedereen goed gecast.

Ik ben gister naar WSS geweest, en het was fantastisch!

Ik had dan wel een andere Maria en Tony, maar alle rollen waren erg goed gecast!

BTW. Het is de Amerikaanse cast. In het echt klinken ze wel beter trouwens!

ik weet niet wat jullie zeiken hoor. t is ongelooflijk moeilijk om zo te dansen en zingen tegelijk, dus ik vind t super goed!!! en zeg nou zelf, dit is zoveel beter dan een vertaalde musical naar t nederlands.

De musical is in het Engels, niet in het Nederlands ;-)

Het staat overigens op de site van SeeTickets en bij mij werd het er ook bij verteld toen ik de kaartjes kocht.

kvond het echt geen geweldig optreden,america is zelfs vals(nog valser dan dat het liedje bedoeld is) en ik vind de casting niet geweldig, maar de musical vind ik geweldig

Dat valt toch wel mee? Maar wel een beetje slecht gecast idd.. Maar ik vind het meisje bij america op de kruk echt erin thuishoren, maar dan die bodybuilder negerin wat minder.

Zij is echt heel, heel erg goed! Je hebt het niet in het echt gehoord, maar ze is echt geweldig. BTW. Ook heel erg aardig.
