SOPA/PIPA are just a diversion our gov. is using,again! Remember the patriot act? I,like many, fell for it. I thought "I have nothing to hide, and if it helps to stop terrorism then I'm on board" If we only knew. Well, now we do. Piracy is just the diversion to get us on board. The big picture? Gov. wants to censor(control) the internet(information)and this is the first baby step towards that goal. They already control our TV news, Don't let them get their hands on the only thing we have left.
