Because Toosis, the gameplay was actually original and intriguing in the classic RE games, like watching Alfred Hitchcock horrors. I never had any complaints. The gameplay wasn't hard at all like most people said it was.

i wouldn't get you're hopes up. the did not look scary AT ALL. yeah, nothing like running away from humans with weapons, wow. holy shit they have something there. good thing they got ride of the zombies in the last game. that was a close call being the only zombie franchise. better fuck it up and turn the zombies into humans. dude, for re4, the reason for the no zombies is: some members of the capcom crew were sick of the old t-virus zombies. they wanted something new, not the zombies. so they decided to do the pitchforks and stuff

Yeah I liked the zombies, and I was hoping that RE5 would have zombies with bloody faces that can run similar to the movie 28 weeks later, what I saw were black people that looked normal. So much for my expectations, but its cool I`ll be buying this game when it`ll hit the shelves 2009?, wow what a long wait

JonathanFerGold, if you were a fan of the old ones how could you play them? They were the same exact gameplay just with a different character and a new setting (which in 2 and 3 was just a different part of the same city).

Because Toosis, the gameplay was actually original and intriguing in the classic RE games, like watching Alfred Hitchcock horrors. I never had any complaints. The gameplay wasn't hard at all like most people said it was.
